ACCA Exam Terms & Conditions

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before submitting your ACCA Computer Based Examination booking with Winway College of Business and Technology.

SECTION A – Examination Booking Terms

• Candidates must select the correct ACCA examination paper(s).
• All examination fees paid are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable once the booking has been confirmed.
• Bookings must be completed at least 7 days before the selected examination date.
• Rescheduling requests before confirmation require a minimum of 5 working days notice and may incur additional charges.
• Winway College reserves the right to amend examination schedules due to technical or operational reasons.
• The institution shall not be responsible for interruptions caused by electricity failure, internet outages, natural disasters, or events beyond its control.
• Candidates must arrive at the examination centre at least 1 hour before the examination start time.
• A valid original ID, Passport, or Driver’s Licence is mandatory for examination entry.
• Candidates are responsible for bringing approved examination materials including pens, pencils, rulers, and noiseless calculators.

SECTION B – Supporting Documents

• A valid identification document must be submitted.
• Proof of payment is required.
• Applications are accepted only after full payment is received.
• All supporting documents must be submitted at least 7 days before the examination date.

SECTION C – Candidate Declaration

• I confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
• I understand that examination fees are non-refundable.
• I understand that late arrival may result in refusal to sit for the examination.
• I understand that I may only sit for papers that have been booked and paid for.
• I agree to comply with all ACCA and Winway College examination rules and policies.
